Today we couldn't decide where to go eat... we were getting sick of the restaurants in town and the Culinary is still closed on Mondays. Donnie suggested the hospital cafeteria. So off we went. Who knew? The food was pretty good. More like home cooking... pork chops, veggies, swiss steak, etc. You can just choose what you want. For example, a meat portion is $1.20, veggies is like 65c, etc. So you can just create your own plate. For desert we opted for the build your own strawberry shortcake. Here's a tip, get a soup bowl instead of a desert bowl. You get more that way, plus, if you burry your biscuit they think you only got strawberries and you save 52c. Thank Jacob for that one.
I'm gonna leave you with a video today:

Jacob Doctor Doctor, give me the news, I've got a bad case of hospital food.
Interesting choice of a lunch spot today.? I opted for the daily special, chicken burger meal, at the low low price of $3.70.? Shop around.? After finishing my lunch (and part of Dico's) I got talked into a post meal sugar bomb.? "On a dark dessert highway, the Cool Whip in my hair, warm smell of strawberry shortcake, rising up through the air."? Well worth it.? The buzz was so intense that I even did some Nancy Sinatraesque These Boots Were Made For Walking type choreography on the way back to the car.
