My first visit to the new and improved Pat & Willy's Cantina today with Dico. Brent gave us the tour and some patented top shelf service. He suggested the blackened chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The renovations are a definite improvement and the place looks great. A far cry from my last visit.
So Dico and I got a chance to discuss the best places in town to get a spicy treat that will leave you wanting more. Now that Mexico Lindo has recently closed its doors it is harder to get that Latino look and feel to fine cuisine. Although sometimes when you are not even looking for it, it just falls in to your lap. Today for example we hadn't planned on going to Pat & Willy's but I'm glad we did. Because as you know I could never refuse a fine meal.
We didn't really come up with anything concrete but it was nice to share our thoughts and insights on the finer points of eating out in Charlottetown.
