Sorry for the week off folks... I was entertaining a friend of mine who came over from Holland to travel across part of Canada. After showing her the finer parts to life in PEI... Maid Marions, Tim Hortons, etc., we went to Quebec City for the weekend. Great weather there -- 21C on Sunday. Yours truely got quite a burn. Lovely city to visit though -- haven't been there since I was 12 or so. Anyhow, I'm back in PEI working and Esther is in Toronto.
Today we had lunch at the newly remodeled Pat & Willy's. Great looking spot. Very posh looking. Almost like we were in a big city. We had the delight of dining with the manager, Mr. Brent Byrnes. If you've not been there since its re-opened... check it out... looks pretty cool!
