Chiropractor
Today was my first visit to a Chiropractor! I was quite nervous to say the least. I had visions of me never walking again and such. My neck has been bothering me a touch and its been somewhat stiff. I kept having to tilt my head backwards to crack it.
After talking to me for 5 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong and heard it all before. After some of the "move your head this way" and "tilt that way" he went to work. At one point there was such a loud crack I thought he'd ripped my head off of my shoulders.
He took some x-rays of my neck and it was pretty much straight... which is what you don't want. Ideally it would be 33 or more degrees off... kinda curved like the top of a VW Bug. Mine is at best 10 degrees. So I'll have an "old man neck long before I'm an old man". But he can help and with some work I too can have a normal neck. I'll keep you posted as to how it goes!

Cyprus Interview
