It was a great day at the Culinary if you were a pork fan. Pork or pork were the choices. I chose the pork. I must have looked hungry because they gave me about a pound of pork. I waved off the "corn flan" which looked a bit off.
As I write this my stomach is a little on edge. Perhaps I ate too much of the pork. Harma commented on how there have been a lot of sauces this week at the Cul. Perhaps its "sauce" week or something. Overall its been great.
Back to work... I have to tie up lose ends... Calgary tomorrow.
